Hi all, Iím Olivier.

I work at the BBC in Internet Research and Future Services. Neither are particularly related to HTML for email, so I intend to mostly lurk here, but my interest in this group is genuine.

My interest (and support for the creation of the CG) stems partly from a past life making e-mail archives usable on the web (my name is still on some of the W3C systems used for this very mailing-list), and partly from my bafflement at seeing HTML-in-browsers go from ugly duckling to a powerful layout and interactivity platform, while most HTML-in-MUAs remains a mess of tables and images.
