Re: updated minutes 21st March 2007

Hmmm...I'll try to be more consistent with citing the e-mail sent out to
the list rather than the URI that we give Zakim. It's useful both having
a URI for the "whatever is the most current weekly-agenda" and "previous
weekly-agendas"...
