updated minutes 21st March 2007

Attached.

I made two changes.
First, as ACTIONed, I added a list of those present, taken from the IRC 
logs.
Second, a little out of order, I changed the URL for the agenda from
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/grddl-wg/weekly-agenda
to
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-grddl-wg/2007Mar/0125

I note this is a systemic error in this groups minutes! They all have 
the same agenda, which changes each week!
