`sq1a` test case issues

From what I can tell, the `sq1a` test case is broken. First, the input
to the test is <http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/grddl-wg/td/sq1ns.xml>
(hereafter <sq1ns.xml>), although that is the namespace document for the
root namespace of <http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/grddl-wg/td/sq1.xml>
(hereafter <sq1.xml>), which may have been intended as the input for
this test case. If we take <sq1ns.xml> as the input, then that document
is its own GRDDL result (by the last normative statement of section
3[0]), and it has one triple. If we change the test case to use
<sq1.xml> as the input, then the namespace document indicates a GRDDL
transformation for <sq1.xml> that would also provide a GRDDL result with
one triple. The current result for this test case, however, has 0
triples.

Is this an accurate analysis? Which of <sq1ns.xml> or <sq1.xml> was the
intended input to this test case?
