This is an important GRDDL Meeting, as we will trying to reach
consensus on CR on the GRDDL Spec (writing CR Request now...), LC on
Test Cases, and what to do about Primer.

resource IR is represented by a conforming RDF/XML
document[RDFX], then the RDF graph represented by that
document is a GRDDL result of IR" to be clear that "some
other means", for our purposes, is a namespace on the root

4. GRDDL Spec: #issue-base-uri
+ ACTION: DanC to edit the text of the GRDDL Spec such that a
normative dependency on xml:base is in the spec. XML part
is done in 1.252, per jjc's suggestion. test cases address
XHTML part? see [10]discussion 18 Apr
5. Test Cases for Rejection
+ Reject the tests as given in jjc's [11]message
6. Test Cases for Approval
+ Approve the tests as given in jjc's [12]message describing
block 1 of the tests
+ Approve the tests as given in jjc's [13]message describing

10. Advocating
+ ACTION: Chime to get Semantic Tech 2007 to use
GRDDL+microformats for their calendar. [26]Progress

for their calendar.
11. Relationship with RDFa
+ ACTION: Fabien to take action on testcase for
microformat+XHTML->RDFa (i.e. hGRDDL). See his [27]update.
