DCAT ISSUE-60

All,

I just added a note to ISSUE-60
http://www.w3.org/2011/gld/track/issues/60.

John wrote that, according to his reading, "dct:rights may be either a
literal or a URL to a
RightsStatement".

Just to note that DCMI recommends a different reading:
http://wiki.dublincore.org/index.php/User_Guide/Publishing_Metadata#dcte
rms:rights states "The range of dcterms:rights is the class
dcterms:RightsStatement. Values used with this property have to be
instances of the class RightsStatement and therefore non-literal
values".

Makx.
