All, I just added a note to ISSUE-60 http://www.w3.org/2011/gld/track/issues/60. John wrote that, according to his reading, "dct:rights may be either a literal or a URL to a RightsStatement". Just to note that DCMI recommends a different reading: http://wiki.dublincore.org/index.php/User_Guide/Publishing_Metadata#dcte rms:rights states "The range of dcterms:rights is the class dcterms:RightsStatement. Values used with this property have to be instances of the class RightsStatement and therefore non-literal values". Makx.
