DCAT Application profile public review period

Fadi, everyone,

As you know, Makx has been working with a group under the ISA Programme 
to develop an application profile of DCAT for use in European data 
portals. That doc is now open to public review via [1]. That's probably 
a useful sanity check on DCAT itself?
