Dear Working Group Members, Please be advised that the submission chapter has undergone further updates in accordance with the discussions on the telecon. 1) The mediatype now has the indication that it does not affect the actual serialization but is instead just a qualifier on the content type of an XML serialization. 2) A number of submission attributes now have their defaults specified (this was also a last call comment from Steven). 3) The method element/attribute now properly describes that one of the two is mandatory. 4) The keyword to indicate no serialization was changed from "" to "none" Cheers, John M.
