smrgeoinfo has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == DCAT Example 41: need different relation for CRS on spatial locations in dataset. == in the current editors draft in the ['Conformance to a standard'](https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/dcat/#quality-conformance-statement) section, there is the recommendation to specify the reference system (SRS or CRS) used in a spatial dataset using dcat:conformsTo (Example 41). I don't think this relationship is conformance, its more like 'uses'. It should be a property of something like schema.org variableMeasured for the field(s) containing the location assertion. Just pointing this out, recognizing that there isn't a dcat property that's really appropriate, and hoping to figure out a better solution.
