The date chosen is in April which is after all the clock shifts have occurred (I think we are last on April 4th).

I think your assumption is correct, but the Doodle poll presents those times in the current timezone setting, so in Pacific time we are seeing the suggested times in the poll as Pacific Daylight Time, one hour earlier than they will be. I think the only way to be sure we are talking about the same times is to talk about UTC.

We “spring forward”, so what we had previously called “1:00” becomes “2:00”. For the U.S. and Europe, the poll is showing us times one hour earlier than they will be in the near future.
