Hi, Nick. The URL given for the first implementation listed there [1] doesn't mention PROF. Is there a missing link, as it were? Also, I see in the ODRL implementation this entry: _:1 # The normative W3C ODRL Information Model a profile:ResourceDescriptor ; profile:hasRole role:specification ; ... and wish to note that "role:specification" does not actually carry the semantics of "normative". I don't know whether this is what was intended in the ODRL implementation, but that is what is intended in issue #7. I do think that "normative" is distinct from mere "specification", and that any expression of a profile could be *the* normative one. A comment, as in the ODRL example, does not seem sufficient to express this. I'm glad that the issue is still open, and perhaps when the time comes the ODRL folks could be encouraged to weigh in.
