Yes, @andrea-perego the inconsistency is unfortunate. But given that specs might have used VOCAB-DCAT and we won't want to break them, I am not sure if we could use the biblio reference VOCAB-DCAT for the latest version, but we will have to make sure it points to DCAT1.
