@bertvannuffelen I think your examples may be beyond what you would normally find in practice. In which cases would descriptions of datasets conform to both a French GeoDCAT-AP and a German StatDCAT-AP? It seems a bit far-fetched to me, but I understand your point. Now on you more general question:` > How we should read this? Since both profiles express constraints on all entities, including on catalog, does `ex:catalogXY` has to satisfy the constraints from both profiles? My answer would be: yes. As long as there are no conflicting requirements in the two profiles that the catalog and its contained entities conform to, that should be possible. In such a situation, all entities would conform to the basic DCAT-AP, descriptions of geo-related datasets would conform to GeoDCAT-AP and descriptions of statistical data would conform to StatDCAT-AP. If it was different, you could not mix geodata and statistical data in one catalog. -- GitHub Notification of comment by makxdekkers Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/1130#issuecomment-549696391 using your GitHub account
