makxdekkers has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == Definitions in Profiles Ontology == Not sure if this issue was raised earlier for the Profiles Ontology (I did so for DCAT at https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/301), but there are several definitions in the specification that I feel need to be improved. For example, I see in the definition of [`prof:hasResource`](https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/WD-dx-prof- 20181218/#Property:hasResource): "_A Profile has a Resource Descriptor_" which is circular. A better definition would be something like "_An accessible form of the Profile with a certain role in a certain format_" (borrowing words from earlier parts of the Profiles doc and from a description of Distribution in DCAT. Other cases: - `prof:hasProfile`: "_A dct:Standard (or a Profile or Base Specification) has a Profile_" - `prof:isProfileOf`: "_A Profile is a profile of a dct:Standard (or a Base Specification or another Profile)_" - `prof:hasRole`: "_Functional role of a Resource_" - prof:isInheritedFrom: "_A Profile's Resource Descriptor has been inherited from a Base Specification_" - and several more. Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/755 using your GitHub account
