Dears, I don't remember if we have already mentioned this work: https://github.com/ESIPFed/science-on-schema.org (which, AFAIS, follows-up from: https://github.com/earthcubearchitecture-project418/p418Vocabulary ) They provide a way for describing repositories and datasets which include most of the features under discussion in the revision of DCAT (e.g., funding sources, identifiers, access to data via services). It may be worth getting in touch with them, to have their feedback. WDYT?
