Re: [dxwg] Formally align PROF to DCAT (#808)

Actually, there are comments from me in that issue,[1] so it's not just
a question between the editors. My comment points out issues that are
taken up elsewhere and have not been resolved. So there is unresolved
feedback in the issue.
