Though examples in SKOS [reference](https://www.w3.org/TR/skos-reference/#notes) and [primer](https://www.w3.org/TR/2009/NOTE-skos-primer-20090818/#secdocumentation) use just one skos:definition for language,  no integrity conditions state such an expectation (contrary to what SKOS documents state for other properties such as skos:prefLabel). 

I understand the perplexity raised by @jakubklimek, but for this specific case, in which we prefix the text with a note about the context,  I support the solution proposed by @dr-shorthair.
