@kcoyle No, I wasn't looking at this from a DCAT perspective. As I wrote, people looking at the profile ontology who had no knowledge of the DCAT approach would just look at the spec and take the definition of ProfileDistribution, and if it was described well, would just take it like that. Did you look at my example of DCAT-AP and the way that profile is described and distributed? I honestly do not see another way to publish a profile and a set of associated files like the ones published for DCAT-AP. I would love to see your counterproposal of how it could work without ProfileDistribution objects to describe the various files associated with the profile. I am not worried about the feedback we get on a FPWD -- I just think that we, as the group that proposes it, need to agree on the top-level model.
