Again, @makxdekkers I think you are looking at this from a DCAT point of view, and what we are charged with developing is not a DCAT-dependent standard. We need to assume that many folks who use the profile guidance and terms will have no knowledge of DCAT - and mau not have the use cases that formed the DCAT model. We have removed the link to the DCAT document from the guidance document for that reason. If we want to test the one-to-many hypothesis we need examples beyond DCAT, IMO. DCAT should not be our base. But, yes, we can publish this as a FPWD because anything can change between the FPWD and subsequent drafts. The purpose is to gather feedback. We should definitely make it a point to gather feedback from beyond the DCAT community. If people like the model as is, then that's what we'll go for.
