Re: Profiles ont namespace and profile docs short names - please respond

I think some of our confusion here is that we need to specify whether we
are talking about the profont document that is going to FPWD or the
profont ontology. The profont document gets a short name; the ontology
(.ttl) gets a name in the ns namespace and there is a W3C document
describing that [1]. Although we can request the namespace for the .ttl
at any time, what we need at the moment is the short name for the FPWD.
