Sorry missed plenary - alarm clock misconfiguration :-(

Thanks Andrea in particular for offering to help with review of profiledesc
from DCAT-AP perspective.  It does appear that the DCAT-AP governance,
structure and implementation as a holistic Use Case may be helpful - its
scattered around in various technicalities at the moment.

The descriptor-resource* pattern was also shown in DCAT-AP by the example
of registering it as a "pseudo-dataset" - so this Use Case can perhaps more
explicitly drive both the generalisation of DCAT to non-dataset resources
as well as the profiledesc design.

In particular, before 29th it would be good to consider if a profile
descriptor is so intrinsically a catalagued resource that it can import
DCAT and re-use the same properties or define sub-properties. Happy to
align.
