   Dear colleagues, 

     please find here the link to the the "Reference Architecture 2" document presented shortly this afternoon in Genoa:

    The main conclusion drawn from the "Information Layer" was to re-consider DCAT terms in view of concerns 
   like "content" vs. "communication" description, suggesting e.g. to separate the representation aspects of Distribution
   from the access/communication aspects.
