@makxdekkers ok this sounds good. About ODRS' 'statements', I wanted to point out that ODRL allows a similar function by having a Policy that stands for the general license/statement (e.g. CC-BY - NB the Policy would be the CC license itself in this case) and a 'derived' policy that carries the attribution and other characteristics for the 'policy-at-the-level-of-the-asset'.
