Short URI request

Ralph,

I am delighted to say that the DWBP WG has today resolved [1] to publish 
a FPWD of its Best Practices document.

I'd like to request:

http://www.w3.org/TR/dwbp/

as the short URI. The WG is aware that there is a lot yet to do and that 
there are a significant number of outstanding issues but they are also 
keen to a) show progress b) gather external feedback.

Jérémie, I'll get the doc ready for publication on Tuesday.
