Editing the doc today, 22 Jan, the ProvideMetadataStandardized BP says "Use standard terms to describe metadata" which I have changed to "Use standard terms to provide" metadata (i.e. provide, not describe metadata).

But, is this is MUST or a SHOULD? (It's currently written as a SHOULD)
