Firefox does not like the BP doc

Hello,

When opening "https://w3c.github.io/dwbp/bp.html" Firefox complains that
"Loading mixed (insecure) active content on a secure page "
http://www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common"[Learn More]" and disables
the access to Respec. The result is an ugly CSS-less page.

I wonder if the (possible) switch to a FPWD will still feature this mix of
serving the page with https and loading respec via http. If so, we should
probably look into fixing that before we ask the world to look at the doc
;-)

Cheers,
Christophe
