Based on the current version of the UCR document [1], I've classified 
the UCs based on the description and requirements of each UC. Only two 
groups are taken into account: publisher and consumer.

1- Ucs for data publishers:LandPortal, RecifeOpenDataPortal, DadosGovbr, 
ISOGEOStory, DutchBaseRegisters, DigitalArchivingLD, 
UruguayOpenDataCatalog, GS1Digital, Bio2RDF, Documentedsupport, 
FeedbackLoopCorrections, DatasetsNaturalHazards, OKFNTransportWG,
  TrackingDataUsage, OpenCityDataPipeline, 
MachineReadabilityandInteroperabilityLicenses, MachineReadabilitySLAs, 
PublicationDataAPIs, RDESC (19)

2- UCs for data consumers (agent/human):  BuildingEye, 
DutchBaseRegisters, WindCharacterization, DigitalArchivingLD, 
LATimesInfographic, GS1Digital, Tabulae, RetratodaViolencia (8)

3- UCs that are both for consumers and publishers: DutchBaseRegisters, 
DigitalArchivingLD and GS1Digital. (03)
