Dear all,

A large rewriting  and renaming of the URI page 
  https://www.w3.org/2013/dwbp/wiki/Best_Practice_for_Web_Data_URI

It merges the email discussion (e.g., preservation) and the aspects from the related URI pages. Also, it is being adapted to W3C format. More work is needed ... back to the office next Tuesday 2nd June.
