Steve,
Good options.
Oxo is exciting but expensive.
Refinery seems to be good option. Informal and affordable.
An additional option is The Laughing Gravy also located in the South 
Bank [1]. New British cuisine (whatever it may be). Not cheap, not too 
expensive.
