Thanks for your answers! As I mentioned before, the paper makes this
difference between Publication and Access exactly in the way that you
described. However, I was a little bit confused by these terms :)
I'm gonna make some improvements on the Data on the Web Lifecycle section
and I'm gonna include the diagram.
@Ghislain, do you have the SVG version of the diagram?
