Thanks for the updated version! I really like it! It really illustrates
what I had in mind :) I also agree with you that the picture of the paper
is too complicated :)

I have just one comment:

I am not sure if "Access" is on the right place. Maybe, it should be
between "Web" and "External Use". In fact, I'm not sure if in our lifecycle
we should make a distinction between Data Publication and Access. The
authors from [1] make this difference, but in our case I am not sure if
this is necessary.

*Publication *concerns the moment when data is made accessible on the Web
and *Access* denotes the moment in the lifecycle when users gain access to
data available on the Web.

Do you think that there is a distinction between these two moments?
