Use Case Description to close Action 130

Hello,

the attached document describes a use case of an online shop that can 
serve as an example on how to use the vocabularies.  We provided the 
informal description and hope it is a suitable basis for someone to 
express this formally.

 From my point of view, this closes ARCTION-130 [1].  Apologies for the 
delay.
