Regarding Rudy's suggestions for including two terms in DPV (see 
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dpvcg/2019Nov/0002.html)

I had outlined my thoughts on this in a prior email (see 
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dpvcg/2019Nov/0003.html).

Here, I am suggesting the terms for inclusion.

1) Add 'TV Viewing Behaviour' to Personal Data Categories

First, we add 'ServiceConsumption' as a personal data category as a 
general catch-all concept for all kinds of services, and not just TV.

Class: dpv:ServiceConsumptionBehaviour
is subClass of: dpv:Behavioral
description: Information about the consumption of a service by an 
individual. Examples: time and duration of consumption.

Then we specialise this for TV Viewing.

Class: dpv:TVViewingBehvaiour
is subClassOf: dpv:ServiceConsumptionBehavior
description: Information that relates to an individual's TV viewing 
behavior, such as timestamps of channel change, duration of viewership, 
content consumed.

2) Add 'Create Event Recommendations' to Purpose

We currently have the class dpv:CreateProductRecommendations with parent 
class dpv:ServicePersonalisation indicating personalised product 
recommendations. With the assumption that `events` are not `products`, 
we introduce another generic class for representing personalised 
recommendations, and specialise it for product and event recommendations.

Class: dpv:CreatePersonalisedRecommendations
is subClass of: dpv:ServicePersonalisation
description: Create and provide personalised recommendations to the 
individual.

Class:CreateEventRecommendations
is subClass of: dpv:CreatePersonalisedRecommendations
description: Create and provide personalised recommendations for events 
to the individual.

The parent of existing dpv:CreateProductRecommendations is changed to 
the new generic class. (UPDATE)

Class: dpv:CreateProductRecommendations
is subClass of: dpv:CreatePersonalisedRecommendations

Attached are patches against the latest version of DPV for inclusion of 
these terms.
