With regard to storage periods and Action No. 60

Dear all,

related to Action no. 60, I have beefed up the first use case in the 
wiki to see which of the storage periods we talked about in Vienna might 
apply. You can look at it here:

Therefore, we can use this as basis for further discussions and I 
consider Action 60 as done. :)
