dpv:HouseOwned

Hi All

sorry if too late but on review of the current draft I saw this property.
I suggest it would be better to have a more generic dpv:PropertyOwned
for all types of property (as in real estate) with sub-properties HouseOwned
and ApartmentOwned as the current ApartmentOwned as a sub-property
of HouseOwned seems unusual.

On two additional minor points:
1. dpv:LegalBasis has no contributors listed
2. Is general issue 7 (https://www.w3.org/community/dpvcg/track/issues/20)
about expressing "sensitivity" rather than "sensity"? ie a typo
