Re: [geolocation-sensor] Support geolocation (especially geofencing) in the "background" (#22)

I think there are a good number of apps in the Apple App Store that might have been implemented as standalone web apps if background location tracking were available to web apps like they are to native apps. Without feature parity native apps will continue to reign.

An app I currently work on for my day job tracks deliveries and technician location for driving customer experiences and for identify "at-risk" jobs due to where a technician is (or, more importantly, isn't) physically. Most of the app _is_ a web app but we're tied to still publishing a native app solely for background location tracking and geofencing (we used to be limited by no push notifications on iOS—which could have been implemented instead with SMS—and before that it was camera limitations but now the only limiter is background location tracking).
