As discussed before consumer-focused browser implementations are unlikely to support this feature due to the risk of abuse. The use cases above all seem like enterprise scenarios. The best bet for encouraging implementation interest is to reach out to enterprise-focused browser vendors or the enterprise customer departments of general-purpose browser vendors. If there is sufficient interest to justify investment in the new feature it may make progress.
