Yes, Fullscreen and Presentation API

Security & Privacy team expressed 'desire' to have notation of such mechanism. When spec has such hook, UX / UI teams might use it for different UIs or Security & Privacy teams might want to apply non-UI related security policy. I can draw UI mocks when we have something concrete.

Example:
- User gesture => indicator (like cast or translate icon)
- No user gesture => prompt
