For fullscreen, it's mandatory, not optional, see [allowed to request fullscreen algorithm](https://fullscreen.spec.whatwg.org/#allowed-to-request-fullscreen). I couldn't find a reference to it in the Presentation API, maybe I'm looking at the wring thing. Is this the right spec: https://w3c.github.io/presentation-api ?

That's cool. It would be even cooler if these desires where expressed in this tracker. :) That said, if the conversation was on a public mailing list, having a link to it from here would be nice for future reference.
