Not really, because OWL allows punning.

In fact, OWL Full never had the separation. OWL 1 DL was strict about the
separation for reasons specific to DL reasoning algorithms. This was
resolved by the time OWL 2 came about and, by popular demand, OWL 2 DL
relaxed this separation.
