This one seems incorrect... otherwise I don't understand it.

The body content area is 300px tall, which is sufficiently tall to lay
out all 3 <div>s and the <h1> element. So, why the tester should not see
the red area and the 3 FAIL words?
Even assuming this is a paged media test, I do not see why the red area
and FAIL words should not be displayed.
