There is a way to custom tests so that we can paint *separately* the
content area and the top-half-leading and the bottom-half-leading. This
would and should be helpful in tests, especially where line-height will
be greater than font-size. More later on this.

The test assert is not demonstrated or checked or tested by the code of
the test.

The painted 5em inline box has no relationship with the width of the
line box (it is shorter, narrower than line box width). This
inline-formatting-context-014 test would need to be corrected...
although right now I do not see how.
