Hello Arron, http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101210/html4/color-applies-to-010.htm (RC4) http://test.csswg.org/source/contributors/microsoft/submitted/Chapter_14/color-applies-to-010.htm http://test.csswg.org/source/contributors/microsoft/submitted/Chapter_14/color-applies-to-010.xht Since color is going to be tested on a list-item, I believe the expected result sentence should indicate, should explicit the expected color of the bullet for such testcase. "They (list properties) do not allow authors to specify distinct style (colors, fonts, alignment, etc.) for the list marker" http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/generate.html#lists Therefore, setting the color on an element with display set to list-item should colorize both the principal box and the marker box accordingly. Suggested correction: Test passes if the "Filler Text" below is green and if there is a green marker bullet on the left-hand side of the text. fo -> of regards, Gérard -- Contributions to the CSS 2.1 test suite: http://www.gtalbot.org/BrowserBugsSection/css21testsuite/ CSS 2.1 test suite (RC4; December 10th 2010): http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101210/html4/toc.html CSS 2.1 test suite contributors: http://test.csswg.org/source/contributors/
