forced-page-breaks-000 and forced-page-breaks-001 have been updated.
forced-page-breaks-002 has been moved to the css3-page test suite

allowed-page-breaks-001* have been rewritten completely.

allowed-page-breaks-002, allowed-page-breaks-003, and
allowed-page-breaks-004 have been updated.

Arron, can you review them?

Opera 11 has some odd behavior on these tests: it breaks at
and other unexpected places when printing (but only when printing),
which makes some tests fail where an equivalent test that didn't
trigger its odd page-breaking behavior would likely pass. If Opera
would like to submit equivalent tests, or a patch to update these
tests, that's fine; however they might want to consider fixing the
line-breaking instead.
