[CSS 2.1] BETA1 testset schema violations?

Hi,

I runned the BETA1 testset through a XSD validator with the XSD files
from both  XHTML 1.0 and 1.1, see at:
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1-schema/

Many documents reports issues, I don't know if the testset should pass
this?

Find attached the report which is generated for a quick overview.
