Is this still feasible? It seems this feature still isn’t implemented thoroughly by any browser, so I feel like there is still room to change it! Having used Prince before, I know it does implement the specs as is currently, though.

If it isn’t possible anymore, feel free to close this issue, but if there is still hope to actually implement it, I’d love to be able to try to help with what I can (e.g. by trying to change the spec appropriately).
