Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-text-decor] Add auto value for text-decoration-skip:

@fantasai, and others, can we come back to how to specify this default? The direction of this thread seems to indicate we want ink skipping by default. The previous suggestion had been to add such a default to the UA style sheet:

The feedback received in response to the the attempt of adding it to the UA style sheet has been [that this should be a change of the initial value](https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/3102#issuecomment-334799951).

So, coming back, how about changing the initial value to one of
a) `objects ink`
b) `objects ink leading-spaces trailing-spaces`
c) a new, to-be-defined `auto` value.

Thanks to @litherum @annevk and @tabatkins for commenting on the UA [style sheet change thread](https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/3102#issuecomment-334799951).
