APAC Digital Identity Unconference - registration open

Hi Folks,

 I mentioned this morning on the community call that there is an event
coming up.
 APAC Digital Identity Unconference <https://www.apacdigitalid.org/>
March 1-3, 2023, Bangkok.
 Just like IIW any companies or projects related to digital identity are
welcome and encouraged.  We will be co-creating the agenda the live the day
of the event. We really want to support folks throughout the region working
on projects connecting to each other.  Please consider coming if you are
based in the region - or want to be connected more to activity in the
region. Please pass this invitation along to colleagues and those you know
who might contribute to and get value from the event.

Just like IIW we also have sponsorship opportunities available.


This event is for individuals, practitioners, researchers, regulators,
implementers, government leaders, technologists, digital and privacy rights
activists. A neutral event where people from a range of different
standards, efforts and businesses can come together, learn from each other,
build connections and move the work forward

   - Anyone who is implementing digital identity technologies, in
   government, enterprise and civil society
   - Startups working on emerging digital and decentralized identity
   - Enterprises who are exploring digital and decentralized identity
   - Ecosystems of interoperability are a key emerging topic and companies
   cultivating networks of interoperability
   - Government leaders seeking to understand digital identity technology
   - Those new to the concepts of Decentralized Identity and want to learn
   what it is all about
   - Consumers of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) products and services


   - Readiness and maturity of the standards and components required to
   design, build, deploy and maintain a digital identity system for people at
   - Enabling digital identity systems which offer protection against
   surveillance and preserve privacy
   - Designing economically sustainable models for citizen services built
   around digital ID systems
   - Application of decentralized identity to the Internet of Things (IoT)

This is the time and place to meet and discuss, share your knowledge, work
on and learn about anything & everything related to Digital and
Decentralized Identity in the APAC region TODAY. Stay tuned to see the list
