Hi Michael,

Thanks for you suggestion for adding new row for "agents". FYI, I was 
the guest editor of an issue of the Communications of the ACM about the 
use of personal agents in eCommerce (see: 
https://dl.acm.org/doi/abs/10.1145/295685.295708 ) over 20 years ago. 
And I'm a believer, but I'm sad to predict that it's still too soon to 
see any traction in this arena. Just giving something a bigger number 
isn't as useful as indicating promising use cases that are possible to 
achieve with new technology.

Anyway, if you'd like to add a row, just send me your predictions for 
2025, 2030, 2040 and beyond, and I'll create a row for you and provide 
creative attribution.
