Doodle for DID Resolution weekly calls

Hello CCG,

As the DID WG is making good progress on defining DID Resolution
"contracts" in the DID Core spec (see #253

<https://github.com/w3c/did-core/pull/264>, #265
<https://github.com/w3c/did-core/pull/265>), we should also consider
adjusting the scope and structure of the DID Resolution spec
<https://w3c-ccg.github.io/did-resolution/> a bit.

During the last DID Resolution call, we decided to find a new time for
the weekly calls, given the current conflict with the W3C/DIF SDS
Working Group.
